· Questions you should answer before
submitting payment:
Would you like CAIL to conduct a formal student evaluation?
For high school students, should CAIL conduct an academic review?
For high school seniors, would you like your student to participate in CAIL’s
High School Diploma Program?
· Review and sign the
CAIL Student Enrollment Terms of Agreement/Contract. If you have questions
about it, please contact CAIL at (719) 749-0200 between 8 AM and 5 PM,
Monday—Friday.
· Complete, sign, and return the
Student Enrollment Form with payment. Please be as complete as you
can when providing information about your student’s curriculum, and be sure to
include a copy of his or her immunization record
(or an exemption). If you have any questions about the
form, CAIL’s services, or about fees, please call us between 8 AM and 5 PM
Monday – Friday at (719) 749-0200.
· Attend initial consultation. We
strongly encourage you to bring your student along! A CAIL Education Consultant
will call to schedule a date and time for an initial consultation
· CAIL will mail you a
student packet with the necessary forms that you mail in once a month. You may use these forms provided by CAIL or use your own.
· You may at any time submit any
document accomplished by your enrolled student
during the
period of enrollment for inclusion in his or her file.
· Feel free to call CAIL any time you
have any questions.
· Thereafter, CAIL will call
periodically to be sure you are not encountering any difficulty, and offer
advice or assistance if you are.
Intervals
between call will vary according to need and grade level.
